Consumers who have purchased this product from Amazon.com should take a moment to carefully review the Amazon Buyer/Seller message sent by the Brand Persilux. Please follow the instructions provided in that message to participate in the recall.

Remedy: Cut the cord and get a repair kit with installation instructions.

To participate in Recall Process, consumers should immediately place the window blind cords up and out of children's reach and send a photo of the recalled product with the cord cut to us. Once we receives the photo, consumers will be sent a repair kit with installation instructions via Amazon.

Send the tie rod that meets safety regulations, and the customer needs to provide the following information
1. The user provides product pictures with production date after June 28, 2023
2. Order number on Amazon
